Observation

A cord attached to the baby walker was observed to pose a strangulation hazard at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Large items were observed in the outdoor area that posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). The water temperature was measured at 123.1 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. An outlet near sink in the bathroom area was observed to be non-TR/GFCI and was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
